As the world enters into a new phase of the way we live, work, play, and dance (I couldn’t help but get our motto in there), be rest assured that Party Favorz will be churning out the non-stop mixes that keep you from going stir-crazy when in isolation.
I finally got back into my DJ Service and it appears that all systems are go. I still have some tweaking on the site to make as I play around with the settings on my new toys but nothing should interfere with your enjoyment. Please be patient while I fix a few minor issues.
I’m going to start popping stuff out at a frenetic pace by the end of this week so be sure to be on alert or sign up for our newsletter. Don’t worry, Party Favorz doesn’t spam you and we definitely DO NOT sell your email address to lists. In fact, I’ve just implemented the latest security protocols for the entire site and that part is working flawlessly in the background.
APPLE AND MAC USERS PLEASE READ
A couple of you had some issues with the most recent operating system from Apple. I realize you have busy lives and this global pandemic has thrown everyone into a tailspin. However, if you’re having ANY issues whatsoever — please reach out to me for help. I am now offering free remote access (North America only) for troubleshooting so I can see the actual issues and then better relate them to others who may be experiencing the same problem.
Apple has deprecated iTunes for their Mac platform and now uses Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and Apple TV to take the load off of their player. This is actually a good thing. Many of you attempting to access Party Favorz via Apple Music will not work. I’m spitting balls here but I believe you need to use Party Favorz with Apple Podcasts in order for it work properly. You can also manually add the feed https://partyfavorz.com/feed/podcast to the app for it to pull the latest 300 episodes much the same way iTunes users can do. I would love some feedback if this does in fact work.
Speaking of iTunes, it still works as expected on Windows computers and I haven’t heard any complaints from anyone in that regard. I’ve used it myself with no issues. Just remember, I’m here to help with ANY issues you may experience with the service. Customer Service Management is my background and even though I can come off grumpy or frustrated sometimes with the services I pay for to pull everything together — I’m actually an easy going guy. I’d have to be in order to fix my mom’s and her friends computer problems remotely in Dallas from Atlanta LOL.
