Who we are
Our website address is: http://partyfavorz.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
All communications between users and the administration of this site are permanently stored (including IP address), email address, name of the sender and any other pertinent information in order to better serve user inquiries.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Embedded content from other websites
All podcast episodes on this site include embedded content (e.g. music and occasionally videos). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
All data is shared with Google Analytics in order to provide a better user experience in navigation and content preferences. Otherwise, we seldom look at it and frankly don’t really care who you are, where you’re from, what device you use to access this website, where you go after leaving the website and/or which browser and version you use to enter the website (this includes VPNs).
All information is stored on Google’s servers for up to a year except where required by law.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If you have any additional questions, comments or concerns please contact us here.
Other than that, we do not track your moves within the website, nor outside of it; we do not store information beyond country, browser, device, and age range to get an idea who our user base is and the state or country where you reside. Unless you sign up via our email newsletter to inform you of new posts, we NEVER send unsolicited emails nor communications of any type. We value your privacy, and frankly, we don’t want you squatting in our space and will not invade yours.
In fact, we encourage users to sign up using fake email addresses and access this site via TOR (The Onion Router). Why? Because we firmly believe you have a right to your personal space without being subjected to harassing and annoying emails, texts or phone calls from unscrupulous actors.
