Club Fusion Winter 2025: Winter’s HOTTEST Dance Club Songs [Updated]

Party Favorz is officially BACK! In addition to all the insurance manipulation and MRI issues I was having, I developed a drug-resistant staph infection on my shin, which grew into a massive boil that has now left a hole the size of the Grand Canyon on my leg. This is some seriously messed-up shit that’s forced me to see a wound specialist to get this thing to heal. This is a 5-alarm pain I’m dealing with so bare with me while I work through this. To add insult to injury, I’ve now had to reschedule my follow-up diagnosis until May 28th because my neurologist is in high demand. I just can’t catch a break.

But enough about me. Club Fusion Winter 2025 showcases a new direction dance club music is moving in. Back in the mid-millennium, we called it Progressive House, but today, it’s labeled everything but—even though this dark, moody template with heavy synths is prevalent in just about every genre.

Arbat and Vintage Culture are primed to take over this sound because they’ve been working in this space for some time. That’s not to say there aren’t some shiny, happy spots in this set, but the overall mood is set from the start with Aaron Hibell & Alex Wann’s “Set Me Free.” There’s also an excellent Camelphat remix of this track out now, so be sure to watch out for that.

We have several throwbacks in this set that have been updated to fit into today’s scene. I’m not sure if my Millennial BackSpin series has anything to do with it, but there sure are a lot of great songs from the first three volumes that have been plucked for a total remake (with new vocals) or just flat-out reworked originals.

• Ru Da Silva’s classic Touch Me gets another overhaul by Massano, Th;En, and Carlo Whale.
• Morgan Seatree reworks the Florence + The Machine classic Say My Name after last year’s excellent Afro House version.
• The Sound of Violence by Cassius is no stranger to reworks, and BLR and Matt Sassari update the original, making it even darker.
• Freejack tackles The Killers’ Somebody Told Me.
• Cody Schneida reworks the Kaskade & Deadmau5 classic Move For Me.
• Rogerson updates Fergie’s hit Fergalicious.
• Never content to hand over their work to someone else, Deep Dish update their #1 classic Say Hello with two different, darker remixes that fit perfectly into today’s dance floors.

Meanwhile, John Summit does not disappoint, diversifying his sound with his latest “Palm of My Hands” featuring Venbee, with Odd Mob handling remix duties, as well as “Focus” with Cloves. But as excited as we are for new music from John, the person to watch out for is Max Styler.

Max has already established himself in Techno, but with his latest three-song EP “Don’t Stop“, all three tracks are featured here—because, yes, they’re that good. Keep an eye on this guy because, clearly, he came to play.

Another name to watch is Kastra. We picked up two of his bootleg remixes—Gracie Abrams’ That’s So True and the Lady Gaga smash Abracadabra. These flips transform the originals into the darker Progressive House sound that dominates this set while keeping the songs’ integrity and danceability intact. He may be unknown now, but I don’t expect that to last long. Be sure to follow him on his SoundCloud page—you won’t be disappointed.

Don’t be fooled by what I just wrote—Club Fusion Winter 2025 is jam-packed with all the latest club dance tracks filling floors right now, and there’s a lot to love here. I’m sorry this took a week longer to get out to you, folks, but Lady Gaga was the hold-up—and as one of our Diva Hall of Fame goddesses, she’s well within her right.
