As Gay Pride celebrations continue around the world, Party Favorz is keeping the rainbow connection alive with Volume 2 of the 2023 Gay Anthems For A New Generation series.
Legendary Divas and Reimagined Gay Anthems
This second volume is packed with updated gay anthems from some of the biggest names in dance and pop music, including Donna Summer, ABBA, Kylie Minogue, Adele, Pet Shop Boys, Ultra Nate, Robyn, Cher, Madonna, Whitney Houston, and countless more beloved divas.
At the time of this release, Kylie was once again riding high on the charts, proving that some artists never lose their connection with the LGBTQ+ dancefloor.
Songs That Need Little Introduction
The tracks in this collection really don’t require lengthy introductions. Each song and artist holds a distinctive place in LGBTQ+ culture, whether through the clubs, Pride celebrations, drag performances, or the personal memories we’ve attached to them over the years.
These are songs about love, survival, freedom, heartbreak, acceptance, and unapologetically being yourself. Reworked for a new generation, they continue to carry the same emotional punch while sounding right at home on today’s dancefloors.

Resources permitting, Party Favorz also has a Gay Pride circuit and anthems set planned for next week.
Producing these special mixes can easily run north of $100 because many of the tracks I want aren’t available through the DJ service I normally use. Instead, they have to be purchased individually through platforms like Beatport or directly from a DJ’s Bandcamp page. Fortunately, some producers also make their work available for free through Soundcloud.
Either way, I’m committed to making it happen and will do everything I can to deliver a fresh set for our devoted circuit boys.
