As it continues to get warmer earlier than usual, it’s pretty safe to say global warming is here to stay. Initially, it feels great to have a shorter winter and pretty much skip spring altogether but as things continue to heat up, we may be changing our tune when it becomes unbearably hot.

For now, I’ve got the HOTTEST tunes for your beach party fun. Think of this set as the warm-up or pool party mix to tomorrow’s latest Deep Edition. Trends in popular dance (formerly EDM) have steadily moved to slower beats with a more tropical feel to them. I can’t see that lasting longer but there are some definite smokers in this set.

Not to blather on too long, but looks like Party Favorz is on a trajectory to be salvaged for yet another year. Since my call to arms yesterday, we are at 53% of the goal. So please keep it up and help keep us as your one-stop shop for all things dance.
