After spending half the day in Atlanta on Thursday to get our second vaccination or as you call it in the UK “jab,” Rick and I were sent home because the state hadn’t delivered the treatment until later in the day forcing the doctor’s office to cancel all the appointments. They couldn’t open up a vile just for us and waste the rest.
So, we’re heading back to Atlanta shortly to get the second jab and I’m expecting this is the one that knocks me on my ass as the immune system kicks into high gear — or so I’m told.
